hgwebdir GSoC

hello

i am interested in the hgwebdir. currently i am using git and one of them
main reasons was github hosting(makes it very easy to share code with mentor
on current project in college). the 3.11 web interface work listed on
sumemrofcode page on wiki refers to a similar ideas.

id like to help implement an interface that can be easily configured for
individual users to multiple user to multiple repos and finally intergrating
the interface with freehg to allow a setup that will help setup a hosting
solution for mercurial repos. the work will also include fine grained
control of user/group rights allowing projects to create a repos with push
right to users in groups (like creating branches for experimental work, for
different os etc,). also have experience in some experience in html and css
so can also design the hdwebdir pages.

i am currently working on project using python with google app engine and
wxpython and also figuring out git. working on google app engine i have some
experience with wsgi and django.

please give any comments on the idea to improve it.
