fastimport extension under new management

Hi folks --

silly me. I went and hacked on hg-fastimport and emailed the patches
to Paul Crowley, the original author.  He wrote back and said he's no
longer maintaining the code, and I'm welcome to it.  So it looks like
I am the proud owner of one serviceable, but slightly rough around the
edges, hg-fastimport extension.  Yikes!

Just to make it all look official, I've:
  * added a wiki page for the extension
(http://www.selenic.com/mercurial/wiki/index.cgi/FastImportExtension)
  * published not one but *two* public repositories:
    - http://vc.gerg.ca/hg/hg-fastimport/
    - http://bitbucket.org/gward/hg-fastimport/
  * pushed my patches to both repos

(If I'm gonna pay to have a vanity domain, I might as well use it...
but I figured bitbucket would be a good place to keep a backup. ;-)

Oh yeah: the *real* news is that I added support for blobs to
fastimport.  That means that it should now be able to handle the
output of cvs2git just as well as Git and Bazaar do.  Works for me, at
any rate.
