[PATCH 1 of 2] color: wrap qdiff/qseries after all extensions are loaded

I tried that and I thought it worked... But no, if the color extension
is loaded first, then try to wrap qdiff in commands.table before
mq.cmdtable has been merged with commands.table! Argh...
