[issue1664] add --exclude-rev to pull for safer stripping

We should have a --exclude-rev option for pull, which should pull all except the
given rev and its descendants. We currently recommend using pull -r to get rid
of unwanted csets, but unwary users could lose unrelated heads this way.
(Because pull -r pulls only the given rev and its ancestors.)
