Based on your reply to the first patch, I've pushed revised versions of
your patches to crew as revisions e88cc16ba603 and 69f51fd9fb48, thanks!

I mainly took out the word 'body' from the first patch. Now it just says
that an email contains two or three parts, which is true. Whether or not
the parts corresponds to actual MIME parts is not the point here, IMHO.
I then added a description of the --attach and --inline options to make
it clear that these crate real attachments.

Finally I clarified the --diffstat option.
