[PATCH] Modified patch.applydiff() to work with repo filters such as win32text

Hi,

I don't like to pester as I'm sure you're all insanely busy, but has anyone had a chance to look at this? We could really do with being able to use import, mq etc., and we do need win32text, so it would be great if this or something like it could go in.

This is my first patch, so if there's anything wrong with the way I submitted or explained it, please let me know.
