[issue1674] hg log 'date' field is not intuitive

New submission from Kurt Kraut <bugs at kurtkraut.net>:

The 'date:' field in hg log output is not intuitive:

$hg log -r 0
changeset: 0:0a04b987be5a
user: mpm at selenic.com
date: Fri Aug 26 01:20:50 2005 -0700
summary: Create a standard "hello, world" program

Instead of showing the timezone (-0700) of the author of this changeset, it
would be more human readable and worthy if hg convert this date value to the
current timezone, configured in the machine that is actually running hg log command.
