OK.  To me these features look like hg extensions rather than provision 
of a GUI on top of hg.  I'm not against extensions (e.g. I love mq) but 
don't (necessarily) think (but I'm open to argument) that the GUI is the 
place to implement them.  I tend to think that if a extension is worth 
while it should be implemented as a normal hg extension and the GUI can 
then use that.  This way command line users aren't left behind.

I couldn't see 'crecord' in the help or in the hgext subdirectory.  Is 
it an publicly available extension?  One of my long term aims is to 
provide support for extensions other than mq (e.g. I'm going to add 
support for extdiff soon) and would appreciate hints as to which are the 
most used ones.
