Hi,
I need to read design documents of mercurial to see if I can do some changes
on it, that because:
Now I'm going to make a file management system, requiring fast transform
speed and version control supported. I find mercurial is a great tool to
meet my requriements for its high preformance, especially for small text
files. But as most of SCM software, it has a very bad performance when
manage large binary files (>400M). So I want to find if there is a simple
way to make a bit of change on mercurial source code to support big file.
*Important:*
I don't need all functions of mercurial, but a small sub-set functions
include clone, push, pull, ci, up, add, so maybe my work is not so hard. ;)
Regards,
homer
