[PATCH 0 of 2] journal already exists -> open transaction found

I was thinking about pushing these two patches, changing the message
you get when there is a journal left in the hg store. I don't think
'journal already exists' is a very good term for anyone but mercurial
developers. We might aswell say nothing, then.

With a little IRC sparring we ended up with 'open transaction found',
which is really what this is about. Any complaints about changing the
existing messages to that? Otherwise I'll push the patches when I get
push access :-p.
