wiki: removing moinmoin wiki admin and install documentation pages

To increase the signal to noise ratio of the wiki [1], moinmoin wiki
help pages related to administrating and installing moinmoin, like the
ones listed below (incomplete quick listing), should be removed from
the publicly accessible wiki pages:

This is just a quick sample of the pages that should be removed.
But I hope you get the idea.

These pages contaminate searches about Mercurial usage.

Maybe these kind of pages are already placed under a common
base directory in the directory tree of the wiki server, so they
could be removed without going through a list? I don't know.

Of course, moinmoin wiki help pages about how to browse, search and
edit the wiki need to stay.

Could this be done, please?
