[PATCH 1 of 2] style: styles for man page, which suit with the mercurial website

Hmm..., it seems too much to embed everything.
My intention was that when the man pages placed at the mercurial website,
it's nice to have the same navigation.

It seems great. Something like sphinx can do better.
