[PATCH] convert: changed the filemapper filtering algorithm to prefer more specific include/exclude rules

Hi Patrick,

thanks for including the patch!

As for the test - I'm really sorry I didn't include it - however, I'm
running Windows at the moment and I've found out that it's quite a
pain to 'test the tests' on Win (or I keep missing something :)
