Well, as long as we're bikeshedding, I would say that "hg help
concepts" should explain the DAG and changesets in a couple of
paragraphs.  "hg help glossary" should be more dictionary like, giving
concise, accurate definitions of "repository", "head", "branch head",
"named branch", "changeset", etc.  Again, the text could be gleaned
from the wiki.
