Hello -devel!

Sorry for the confusion, a set of not-ready-yet changes of mine got pushed
because I have not been clear enough in my patchbomb mails.

http://hg.intevation.org/mercurial/crew/rev/777c1df76ef4 broke a few tests,
and the faulty part was backed out:

I'll use a big "NOPUSH" --flag instead of "RFC" next time ;)


Those two patches should address the issue more properly.
I dont particurlarly enjoy the fact that I have to create another configuration
possiblity for inotify, but having no cleaner choice, it will be introduced
anyway, intended as a test tool.
