I'm translating the hg docs to german and am thus in the unique position to actually RTFM. ;)
Martin Geisler told be to send these notes, that I recently made, to this list.

1. The help text for the churn extension could mention "hg help templating"

2. Some help texts (e.g. of extension bugzilla and color) are not indented like the others

3. The words "revision" and "changeset" are sometimes used interchangably.
  It's especially confusing in the help for "heads", where a repository head is a changeset while a branch head is a revision.

4. The help text for convert (puuuh, >200 lines...) contains a line "is looked for", which (to me) does not seem to be an english construct. Further an option is said to specify the "tag revisions branch name". What is that?
