[PATCH 0 of 3] hg diff --stat: more refinements

Here's my current patch series for diff --stat. Some things to note:

--stat-width is gone. If hg is in interactive mode, the terminal width is
used automatically.

I've moved the Bin patch to the last in the series. I'm still not sure how
feasible it would be to include old and new file sizes in its output. If
anyone has any suggestions on how that could be done, please let me know.
I'm fine with it not having that functionality for now, though.
