[issue2129] graph view: log text get out of position in IE

The gray-white line background is not exactly matching the text 
in IE8 using compatibility mode.

Top property of graphnodes is -1.0em in style-paper.css.
Firefox and chrome need this property
because graphnodes box has top margin in these browser.
Graphnodes box doesn't have top margin in IE.
