[PATCH 0 of 2] keyword: support recording

Hi,

These patches implement keyword expansion for hg record, even for
files that are still modified after recording.

I have set up the monkeypatch in extsetup, which seems cleaner,
even though the same would work within uisetup. It is not clear
to me whether extsetup or uisetup should be used in such a case.
mq for instance uses uisetup to do its wrapcommand.
