[PATCH 0 of 4] keyword: implement support of (q)record

Hi,

This series implements keyword expansion for hg (q)record.

I am still not entirely certain whether extsetup is the right
place to set up the monkeypatch for dorecord, or whether uisetup
is preferred in this case.

This patchbomb also contains the corrected removal of restricted
commands (keep qrecord) as 1st patch, and the support of qrecord
as 4th patch.
