[PATCH 0 of 3] keyword: support (q)record (2nd update)

Hi,

I resurrected the test change for the 1st patch, sorry for the
oversight.

Updated the patches that implement keyword expansion for
hg (q)record to latest crew.

qrecord support is now folded into the 2nd patch.

Added repo.wlock during expansion because, contrary to a normal
commit, overwriting happens _after_ the commit.
