[PATCH 0 of 3] keyword: support (q)record (3rd try)

Hi,

Hopefully the final attempt to implement keyword expansion for
"hg (q)record" -- famous last words ...

I moved the monkeypatch into reposetup together with the other
wrappers, i.e. record.dorecord is only touched when it has to be.
