I'm sorry about b. The cathedral reference was in no way intended as an 
insult. I just wanted to point out that the workflow might be perfect 
for you but causes annoyance and inefficiency for me (and perhaps also 
for others who can't/won't push to crew by them self). The reference was 
intended to "prove" my point.
