Confusion around Python requirements on Windows

Hi guys,

I just had an IM from someone asking where I got Python from, etc in order
to get Mercurial installed on Windows. My experience is that you just
install the MSI and everything works beautifully.

The confusion here is based on the website saying "Requirements > Python 2.4
(get python)" and this being interpreted as a prerequisite.

Considering this is all bundled in the MSI, is this text really accurate for
Windows or can we get it clarified/removed?
