[PATCH 0 of 4] mq/qqueue: quiet output, and bash_completion, v.2

Hello All!

This is version 2 of the series, with input from Patrick Mézard.

The first patch introduces a quiet option to qqueue --list, to
only print the names of the queues. Usefull for scripting.

The second patch uses the quiet list to offer bash completion
for qqueue.

Third patch introducs a new option to qqueue, to just print the
name of the active (current) queue.

Fourth patch makes the list also quiet in case UI is in plain
mode. Most probably, scripts will rely on HGPLAIN rather than
use --quiet. Bash completion updated to match.
