Subrepository remapping plan

I've updated the page a little to take Dirkjan's comments into account
and I've pushed the implementation of the first part as

This is the part that enables the .hgsub remapping using a [subpaths]
section in your config files.

Please try it out and let us know what you think!

This feature will eventually show up in Mercurial 1.7 which is scheduled
for November. This means that we have until mid-October to fine-tune
this, so begin testing now so that you can help us get this right :)
