For what my opinion is worth, I would advise not to add this alias.
Deleting a queue with existing patches will simply consign all those
patches to oblivion, whithout confirmation, so I'd rather that we
had to enter the long command, which is explicit.

-d can be whatever, depending on the command (eg. date for commit)
--delete means just that: 'delete that stuff'.
