[PATCH 0 of 1] patchbomb: --confirm displays series summary and asks for confirmation

Hi,

Back in February I made various proposals wrt reducing the Cc
prompts with patchbomb, and additionally to display a short
summary of the series connected with a confirmation prompt before
sending when using "hg --verbose email".

This proposal does not change the current behaviour at all. It
just introduces a --confirm option leading to the summary display
and confirmation prompt.
