New submission from Aaron Jensen <ajensen at webmd.net>:
On several of our developer workstations, when a developer clones a new
repository, the ACLs on the working folder get ordered incorrectly. Any
attempt to set permissions on it or sub-folders results in the error "This
access control list is not in canonical form and therefore cannot be
modified." Windows can fix the problem (requireing several manual steps),
which must be repeated whenever a new repository is cloned.
I haven't been able to find the common thread between these machines. It is
very mysterious.
