fwiw, there's a 0.14 which seems to have the same buggy feature
detection. rather cool to see microsoft's report on this.
it's probably vaguely worth noting that if we don't fix this,
microsoft is likely to add the site to its compat db which would force
it to render in one of the older modes.
But yeah, using font-face would be nice.
