[issue2560] Windows MSI installer fails with Intel Atom CPUs

The MSI Windows installer erroneously displays the following message when 
executed on computers running on Intel Atom processors:

    This installation package is not supported by this processor type.
    Contact your product vendor.

The installer then exits and refuses to install.
