Subrepositories also need to amend status to tell what files are
added/removed/changed, and similarly to bfiles, need to say that those
files aren't handled in the hg repos proper.
So, more extensions than bfiles need to amend status somehow, and they
should do so uniformly, to simplify things for everyone.
