[PATCH] some patchs on subrepos

Hello,

I'm just evaluating some basic functionalities on subrepos support and
found some problem on version 1.4.3
As I have some basic Python skills, I've tried to correct them by
myself and submit some patch proposition:

However I'm not familiar with the issue tracker and the patch
submission process.
Can someone confirm that I've done the right things ?

Please indicate me any steps which would facilitate the inclusion of
these patch in the next release (2009/03/01 ?)
