I got a first pass at HTTP/1.1 100 Continue support put together, and  
will post a qclone-able repo for it this week so people can test.  
(Practical value: you can do an authenticated push over http without  
the double-bundle-send nonsense)

Got progress bar work mostly put together - will patchbomb the list  
today if I don't get stuck on other stuff.

Had some good discussions about improving the bundle stream format,  
especially in ways that improve hg's usability.

Got some more work done on converting Python's repository to hg.
