Did (or tried to, in some case) to get some UI changes to get better
support for named branch (mainly hg push, and hg merge).

My big project was then to get parentdelta going: I can read and write
revlog with parentdelta entries, but it still misses the requirements
support. My next hurdle is to find out the implications on the bundle
format (re-delta on the fly, reorder the nodes, etc.).
