I've been talking with Steve a bit for this (email, IRC), making a few suggestions
and a couple small patches.

Amazingly, Steve was hacking at UTC+1 working hours during the sprint days,
even though he was at home in UTC-6! In other words: he was getting up in the
middle of the night to hack and get online. I was really baffled to see him
online already when I logged-in these days.

Today, I've done a successful local build of the shiny new msi installer based on
Steve's new WiX sources and did a successful first test install on a clean Windows 7
Ultimate 64 bit (running in a VirtualBox VM).

TortoiseHg hgtk dialogs, Windows shell context menu and file/directory status
icons (overlay icons) all working.

Congrats, Steve!
