Had lots of good discussion about partial history, node discovery,
wire protocol, parent delta, sharing working directories, and mq, and
fixed some bugs, including the long-standing bug where import would
fold multiple patches into a single commit. Also added a changelog
hook for mercurial to automatically mark bugs as testing, and added
the --mq flag to replace things like qcommit and the windows-hostile
mq=hg -R $(hg root)/.hg/patches alias.

It was great to meet everyone, and I came away feeling energized to
hack on Mercurial again :)
