I got a couple patches pushed that implement friendly error messages when a user tries to use a command from a disabled extension.

I also got some helpful direction from Matt and others about adding a stable output scripting mode to hg for use cases like MercurialEclipse or Emacs vc-hg (so ~/.hgrc, localization, etc. don't interfere), and got some advice on a patch I've been working on to add built-in output annotation to Mercurial, which'll allow hgext.color to stop parsing command output for the most part, and allow GUI tools to hook in and do GUI-specific styling to normal hg output.

I had some interesting discussions with Martin about amending commits, editing history, etc. without destroying history, and I might try to make a proof of concept for this. I also talked with Augie about progress bar support, and saw he got pretty far during the sprint on an implementation for a number of operations.

I'm still grappling with the cold I got while I was over there. I hope I can be less out of it come the next sprint. Either way, I'm glad to finally meet everyone. Face to face discussion sure beats IRC. :)
