[issue2034] hgweb: provide log view for directories

hgweb pages for Mercurial don't have log view for directories. It is a very 
convenient feature (see Trac for example http://trac.edgewall.org/demo-
0.12/log/babel/trunk) that provides overview of changes for a group of files.
