[PATCH 0 of 5] DAG description parser/emitter for tests

Makes the code comply with check-code.
Uses util.Abort().
Drops the spaces in debugdag unless you give -s/--spaces.
Merges debug{,index}dag commands.
But does not yet address file-less builddag.
