-p/--strip option to qimport?

Hi!

I'm just wondering if this has been overlooked, or whether there is still pending 
discussion, as it doesn't seem to have made it into hg yet:

I agree with the filers of bugs 311 and 691 that it would be really helpful to be 
able to import patches with different strip levels (and that it's annoying not to 
be able to).
