And what if a notable hosting provider ceases to offer a free plan? Do we
remove it again?

Maybe we should just add a note that people should request addition
if their favorite hoster isn't in this list. If enough people request
it, we add it.

Of course, most people who got so far to know where to add their hoster
probaly won't bother to still request it...
