[PATCH 0 of 4] patchbomb: confirm recipients before sending, do not prompt for cc

Hi,

Feedback from Greg and Mads convinced me to propose a change in
the patchbomb ui:

1) Never prompt for cc, treat it like bcc
2) Before sending display recipients and ask for user's
   confirmation

Things that probably can/should be improved:

- wording of the prompt
- what is the canonical way to do a yes/no prompt in hg
  I somehow didn't manage to find a good example

The first to patches (documentation) should go into stable,
regardless of which path will be chosen for patchbomb. I can
submit them separately if that is more convenient.
