[PATCH 0 of 2] patchbomb: reduce cc prompts, --verbose triggers confirmation

Hi,

Final (so far) proposal so far to change/improve the interface of
patchbomb combines the 2 approaches taken so far:

Summary of behaviour change:

1) Do not prompt for cc when --to is given
2) Before sending display Subject (with -v/--verbose only),
   From, To, Cc, Bcc and ask for user's confirmation

Compared to the previous version(s) this one does not add any
ui.interactive() switches, using ui.verbose/ui.note() is
sufficient, and we suppose that users that combine -y and -v know
what they're doing (having a fake dialogue displayed).
