Just because histedit's UI for reordering history is a bit nicer and
smarter than MQ's?  I see the two is largely independent: I use
histedit when I can't be bothered to use MQ; if I'm using MQ, histedit
is irrelevant.  histedit is for quick jobs, and MQ is for bigger jobs.

Good idea.  That leaves qreorder open for a smarter, more complex,
non-interactive command.  If such a thing is really desirable.  ;-)
