Very nice! I pushed patches 1-5 (f5a8d85df06a to deb5d02ae91c) since
there were no discussion or updates pending for those. I shortened the
summary lines of the commit messages a little.
It seemed the remaining patches needs a resend when the discussion on
them has ended.
