[issue2292] ui.prompt: don't wait for return key

Hi,

I just migrated from darcs to hg. I've enabled the record extensions; but
contrary to darcs, I always have to type e.g. "y<cr>" instead of just "y"
when I want to accept a hunk.

It would be nice if ui.prompt and thereby the record extensions supported
this too :)
