Mercurial Patch for Issue 2281, hgwebdir config

Hi there,

I'm sending the patch to you, I've also attached to the bug entry 
http://mercurial.selenic.com/bts/issue2281.
This patch fixes an issue, that the web interface doesn't use 
alternative template paths configured in hgrc for the repository index page.
