For the list, the difference is that isodate doesn't include seconds so
the first date ends up being 53 seconds different than the second:

$ hg debugdate "1218917813 -7200"
internal: 1218917813 -7200
standard: Sat Aug 16 22:16:53 2008 +0200

$ hg debugdate "1218917760 -7200"
internal: 1218917760 -7200
standard: Sat Aug 16 22:16:00 2008 +0200
