Could you be more explicit here? You've alluded to these contracts a
number of times and I gather that you have sold support contracts to
companies where you promise to support all code we ship?

It's not that I'm against such contracts -- I look forward to the time
when I can say I've done the same :-) It would just be nice to know
about it in order to better understand your position.
